Simply better communication is my guiding principle. I want to create a coherent and convincing image of my clients and their service offerings with good content and target group-relevant topics. My work always includes employees as a target group: they need to be taken along and feel comfortable – then they become authentic brand ambassadors for their company. Because I understand communication as an instrument of brand building, credibility is important to me. What is communicated about a company must be experienceable both externally and internally.

Through the internet and social media, anyone can communicate and access information at any time. To stand out from competitors, companies must redefine the value of communication and consciously use this instrument for brand building. Online visibility alone is not enough. I use communication goals and content as well as communication culture and processes as starting points for sustainable optimization of communication.
