- Management of interfaces with the project, contractors, and site physical progress.

- Support for project control of about ten lots. Analysis and monitoring of time-time indicators, physical progress, contract award monitoring.

- Comparative analysis of contractor schedules.

- Monitoring and updating of level 2 and 3 schedules.

- Creation of dashboards, Management of critical actions.

- Analysis of critical paths, project risks, and uncertainties. Proposal of actions to catch up on delays.

Planning of EOS construction studies - UPM:

- Development and consolidation of study schedules (under Primavera P6) Level 3 & 4 based on internal interface data (piping, equipment, civil, structure, E&I), and external (suppliers, translation, stamping, ...), to ensure reliability of construction workfront (IFC documentation),

- Participation in monitoring vendor data using developed tools (KPIs) and linking all tools (AVEVA, SIFU, PDB, ...),

- Participation in the development of internal reports (project teams / Lead Discipline and management), identifying bottlenecks and possible action plans,

- Planning Reporting.

Planning of Steam Generator Revamping on the ARCELORMITTAL site:

- Identification of different phases, technical and geographical breakdown of the project,

- Deployment of the project progress measurement system,

- Collection and analysis of progress data and production of monitoring documents and progress reports,

- Anticipation, study, and analysis of deviations and slippage. Measurement of consequences in terms of delays and failures,

- Proposal of corrective actions, schedule adjustments,

- Analysis of deadline-related risks,

- Production of external reporting (clients, subcontractors, ...),
