Comprehensive technical audit (10-day assignment) of a company for capital investment and establishment of a conditional technical roadmap for business industrialization.

The mission involved conducting an independent analysis of a hardware technology for a capital operation. The work focused on the technical and commercial relevance of the proposed technology, technical maturity, industrial robustness, critical dependencies, and scalability. The assessment included the supply chain, performance reproducibility, and key operational risks. Special attention was given to post-acquisition improvement levers and the conditions necessary for deployment security. The conclusions informed the investment decision based on risk management and value creation, and an 18-month technical roadmap was established and provided to the founders to achieve the objectives.

Company developing mobility solutions for boat fleet management and electronic devices to monitor boat health in real-time (240 professional clients and over 2500 connected boats). Using these tools, NAUTICONCEPT also created the LIIBERTY PASS platform, allowing subscribers to access boats provided by professionals. Today, Liberty Pass is present in 90 ports, offers 350 boats, has exceeded 1000 subscribers in 2024, and generates an annual turnover of €3.7 million.

As co-founder and CEO, I managed the financial, HR, and strategic aspects of the company, which reached €1.1 million in revenue in 2025 and now employs 17 people. I led 5 funding rounds since 2018 for a total of €2.8 million and raised €2.9 million in bank and institutional debt. Additionally, I oversaw the development, production, and marketing of all the company's electronic solutions.

Subsidiary of the group specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of special machinery, primarily for the automotive market.

Project manager for glass forming lines during the design, international subcontracting, and on-site installation phases. Responsible for the technical solution, safety, budget, and delivery deadlines, this role involved significant responsibility and team management of up to 50 people. Managed annual budgets of €7 to €10 million for markets in Eastern Europe, Mexico, and the USA. Consultant/contractor role.
