Change management support for the acquisition of Alstom Energy by General Electric and the IT merger. Piloted the deployment of an automated ticket management interface between ServiceNow and GMC ITSM 7. Wrote integration procedures, organized a testing seminar, trained on-site support agents, and created communication materials.

Véolia - Iléo IT System / Véolia Water - PMO

Support during the scoping phase for the implementation of the IT system for Iléo, dedicated to water public service delegation for the Lille metropolitan area. Prepared the launch seminar, analyzed commitments, facilitated solution presentation workshops, scoped the reporting project, piloted governance, and contributed to structuring project processes.
