    As part of the UNICOLAND 🎡 project, I designed a complete brand, content, and acquisition ecosystem around a digital media dedicated to entrepreneurs.

    In less than 3 months, this system allowed me to reach 5,000 Instagram followers and develop an audience of over 10,000 subscribers on YouTube.

    All this, without relying on advertising or traditional influence strategies.

    I first defined the project's strategic positioning, its brand universe, its promise, its editorial line, and its monetization model.

    The goal was to transform expertise into a faceless thematic media, conceived as a business asset capable of attracting a qualified audience and then converting them into customers.

    I then structured and executed an AI-assisted content creation strategy, based on a complete process:
    • Sourcing
    • Transcription and rephrasing
    • Scriptwriting
    • AI voice generation
    • Title, thumbnail, and description creation
    • Video editing
    • Subtitling
    • Multi-platform publishing.
    This production relies in particular on Claude, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, Canva, CapCut, and Submagic.

    In parallel, I implemented an automated acquisition system connecting Instagram, ManyChat, Make, and Systeme.io.

    This system allows for the transformation of organic interactions on Instagram into qualified leads, through a logic of email collection via DM, segmentation by tags, conditional routing, and integration into an emailing funnel.

    I also designed several lead magnets on branding and conversion, then created a first digital product hosted on SchoolMaker, with a landing page, structured offer, and automated email sequence.
