Trained within leading international law firms, I founded a human-sized firm specializing in public and private business law and criminal defense, in order to meet the specific needs of my clients and offer them tailor-made assistance. I assist you in the day-to-day operations of your company (entity creation, drafting of legal documents and opinions, negotiation with clients and suppliers, training of employees and directors, drafting of internal procedures) as well as when a dispute may arise (summons before the courts, drafting of complaints, drafting of pleadings for plaintiff or defendant, assistance during regulatory audits, preparation for interviews with investigators, hearings before the courts).

Specializing in business law, I assist my clients with all their needs in this area, positioning myself as a key contact - both in advisory and litigation matters - placing their projects at the heart of my assistance mission: availability, responsiveness, and hard work are my watchwords.

I have honed my experience through complex and transnational cases:

- Document analysis, strategic meetings with clients and experts, drafting of reports prior to acquisitions or disposals;

- Analysis of compliance with Sapin II Law and GDPR, drafting of compliance procedures (e.g., whistleblowing, gifts and invitations, risk mapping...), training of employees on the risks of corruption and other probity offenses;

- Internal investigations into acts of corruption, harassment, fraud, abuse of company assets, market manipulation, establishing a post-investigation strategy and subsequent client support;

- Assisting clients, as defendants or plaintiffs, in commercial or criminal legal proceedings from the initiation of the proceedings to the hearing.
