Description

Throughout my journey across 5 companies and dozens of clients, my business developer temperament has led me to progress from technical roles (development, support, administration) to management (a team of 17 people), passing through data architect and project director positions. I like to describe myself as a jack-of-all-trades capable of adapting to all situations and configurations, while having developed recognized expertise in a few areas:

- Technical with Qlik,

- Organizational, through my ability to turn around critical situations (financial or feasibility blocked) and mobilize a team towards a goal,

- Commercial, with an ability to convince clients and win projects.

But what interests me is putting my expertise to use for high-value-added missions for the organization and being recognized for it.

"When you have a good hammer, every problem looks like a nail" is unfortunately very true, but I don't limit myself to my preferred technologies (Qlik, Python, SQL) and I prefer to adapt to project constraints by proposing an architecture and a project approach that achieve the set objectives.

I primarily use a project method focused on efficiency, much closer to agile methods than the V-model. I have also developed my own method of non-statistical data analysis, particularly suited for finding fraud/errors in processes, as well as tools to apply it.
