    Complete redesign of the package tracking experience focused on mobile first
    => ~500M visitors in 2023, which is more than 51% of laposte.fr traffic and +75% of mobile visits.
    • Business objective: "How to engage the audience towards commercial and non-commercial journeys?"
    • User objective: "Track the delivery of their mail/package in the clearest and most understandable way possible while offering an enriched and personalized experience" => the "personalization" aspect being a vector to respond, in part, to the business objective.
    • Key concept: Make the user an "active" participant in their tracking.

    The entire Product Designer scope was deployed:
    • Primary and secondary research
    • Close collaboration with the business (including commercial aspects)
    • Workshop facilitation
    • Advanced prototyping
    • User testing conduction
    • Creation of complex matrices to effectively contribute to the writing of business rules
    • Co-writing of user stories
    • Strong support during development handover and acceptance phases

    => In-depth analysis and redesign of La Poste's Marketplace:
    • Definition of key improvement areas to further engage a massive audience (especially from the Tracking service) and increase average order value and conversion rate.
    • Improvement of the product page to enhance understanding through prioritization and hierarchy of product information, ultimately increasing the add-to-cart rate.
    • Redesign of the product list and filter management.
    • Audit and recommendations to improve the checkout process (cross-functional for various La Poste online journeys).
