Changing culture, structure, and processes throughout the organization enabled data-driven capacity steering. I wanted to understand how to change patterns sustainably. Nobody wants to be changed, but everyone wants change. Success requires influence, a free flow of information — from top and bottom — and active participation in a creative, iterative process. Within budget and time, a uniform process, a governance model, and a shared culture emerged. With over 50 experiments, 700 sessions, 2,500 trained managers, and 675 toolboxes, the change was not only designed but also sustainably anchored.

I investigated how mission, vision, structure, processes, KPIs, leadership, and culture shape daily behavior. And how thinking styles help to link talent and task, keep conflicts healthy, and strengthen collaboration. By making the entire organizational network visible, it became clear where the real levers were to pull.
