About Nicolas

With 30 years of corporate experience, I have been an independent consultant since 2020 with one goal: the operational excellence of organizations.

My areas of expertise are lean, purchasing, and accounting.

I am convinced of the benefits of lean / operational excellence approaches carried out with pragmatism and taking into account the contexts in which they are deployed. I support companies in deploying these approaches, helping managers and their teams to adopt them.

I also assist companies in digitizing their purchasing and finance processes as part of ERP deployments. As a Business Process Owner, I represent the voice of the Purchasing/Finance departments, which I know well from having spent most of my career there, and my lean approach allows me to define optimized processes.
