The mission was a bit large (a lot of various tickets) and generated some issues, but Nicolas didn't give up and delivered, albeit with a delay, but with the concern to do a good job. That's the most important thing.
I am therefore proposing him for a new mission right away, especially since he integrated perfectly with the rest of the team.
