An international group with 2 production sites in France and 4 sites abroad, representing tens of millions of euros in turnover.

Main responsibilities:

• Member of the national management committee in charge of the group's commercial direction

• Management of the French sales team (16 people)

• Setting sales objectives and monitoring them

• Collection and analysis of various KPIs related to commercial activity

• Market analysis, establishment, and validation of pricing

• Exceptional commercial negotiations with key accounts

• Management of framework agreements and year-end rebates for key accounts

• Development of the annual budget and monitoring of various investments.

Major achievements: +€1M in turnover and +100% EBITA in 1 year - Deployment of 3 commercial software packages.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the studies conducted at the site

• Ensure reporting to the Eurofins group

• Manage a team of about twenty people

• Guarantee the quality of studies conducted, their profitability, and compliance with current regulations (GCP, ISO 13485)

• Ensure that the production site premises comply with current regulations and meet production needs

• Optimize the management of time and material and human resources according to needs

• Manage audits from clients, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure recruitment, monitoring, engagement, and motivation of teams

• Ensure that employee skills are aligned with the needs of Sponsors and the company.

Major achievements: Obtaining ISO 9001 certification - Obtaining research site authorization from the ARS for conducting clinical trials for medical devices without CE marking.

A company specializing in aging, particularly in skincare products to prevent skin aging. It utilized an international patent derived from French biomedical research, with molecules having applications in cosmetics and health. Pharm'Aging developed, manufactured, and marketed high-tech anti-aging ingredients and dermo-cosmetic products.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of clinical trials and safety tests

• Management of 5 people, including one internationally

• Business development in France and Europe

Major achievements: Development and market launch of a new patented anti-aging cosmetic active ingredient: Lygalamine - Development and market launch of a new anti-aging cosmetic brand: Artejia - Negotiation and signing with key accounts (Nocibé).
