My daily work is to foster collaboration inside my team (2 frontends, 5 backends) by sharing technical knowledge, by helping with pair programming or by developing support tools. My role is to unblock all team members by initiating technical components required by some developments and validate all pre-requisites needing by the team or business needs to avoid delay and anticipate in advance any blocking point.

As my previous experience, we co-design with business analysts in a Contract First Approach all API needed by private and public customer space.

Implement with my transversal team the journey to create affiliations on a collective contract and permit to update right holders and coverages.

Implement with my transversal team the messenger app to permit for Allianz employees to answer customer complaints.

Other responsibilities : design and implementation of recruitment and onboarding of new joiners.

Integrated into a feature team of the technical department composed of 13 backend developers, 7 frontend, 3 mobile developers, and 3 DevOps, I am responsible for:

• Participating in the design and development of the Prismea product

• Ensuring the proper integration of current and future functionalities

• Contributing to the application architecture, code reviews, and overall quality

• Designing and implementing a robust and agile architecture

• Ensuring quality through TDD and DDD methodologies

• Prioritizing tasks and features to be developed as a team

• Participating in functional design and then technical production, taking into account end-user needs

• Managing deadlines and knowing how to define production priorities in light of the startup's growth

• Participating in the recruitment of new employees

• Being proactive and proposing new technological solutions to the team
