o Global performance assessment of companies / Implementation of optimizations

o Support for CSR certification (launch, management, evaluation, follow-up)

o Training on ecological transition issues (Climate Fresk tool)

o Development and maintenance of the consistency of the internal control system,

o Management of the expertise department's resources,

o Advice to departments on the deployment of the system and the quality of its documentation,

o Testing of the design and execution of control activities by teams,

o Support during self-assessment, assessment, and periodic risk monitoring,

o Monitoring for management reporting.

Project monitoring administration:

o Coordination of information updates (statuses, indicators…),

o Reporting to stakeholders & decision-making bodies,

o Support and advice on project methodology and progress. Administration of the company's reference documentation (instructions / processes):

o Optimization and simplification of business and administrative processes,

o Participation in the annual review of the internal control system – SCI. Management of company and department projects / Training:

o Responsibility for analysis and execution projects,

o Design of internal project management training Management of the department - 3 to 5 FTE
