Reinforcing the team, I was recruited to bring all my knowledge to carry out a redesign, one year behind schedule, while staying on track. We are working on a sensitive solution with 14 million requests per month for the group outside of the festival period.

Following a one-year delay and a team change, I was called in as reinforcement to accelerate the delivery of V2 of the web interface for agents managing live chats. This mission was sensitive as it required a lot of rigor and numerous changes that could impact production at any time.

Development of ReactJS features with FP-TS (functional programming)

Migration of legacy jQuery code to ReactJS for the entire videoconferencing part

Migration of PHP ZendFramework routes to GraphQL on the Scala solution

Implementation of Apollo on the ReactJS side to retrieve data from GraphQL with CodeGen

Modernization of the interface to make the solution more "Material Design"

Development of a website from scratch in NextJS to manage user accounts, subscriptions, and parental access to the platform.

- Implementation of a Design System / Javascript SDK / NextJS architecture

- Use of Redux with the NextJS wrapper to generate an SSR and client-side store

- 90% E2E test coverage of the application with Cypress and implementation on Jenkins
