Technical SEO support for the redesign of 2 websites. The core of the mission was to limit the SEO impact of the migration, as all URLs changed due to a CMS change.

For this mission, I therefore:

-Provided upstream supportin the migration processes to ensure the schedule was met and teams agreed on the operating procedures.

- Created aredirect mapfor each site, so that each URL has its equivalent on the new site.

-Accepted the redirection rulesin my personal environment.

- Accepted the redirection rules in the production environments.

-Technical acceptance testingupon production deployment, to verify that all redirections were applied, but also that the sites were technically sound to avoid any SEO issues (Sitemap, robots.txt, canonical, performance, structured data, markup, indexing...).

-Followed upin the following weeks on the proper indexing of new pages and any errors in Search Console.
