Creation and development of Chromie, an iOS and Android mobile game designed, developed, and put into production from start to finish.

I act as the founder and lead developer, responsible for the product vision, technical architecture, full-stack development, and mobile publishing.

I designed the complete project architecture around an Nx monorepo, encompassing a React Native mobile application, web and back-office interfaces, NestJS backend services, a shared SDK, and several common technical components.

Development covers all product features: authentication, session management, user progression, game history, leaderboards, game mechanics, API integrations, cross-functional services, and mobile monetization via AdMob.

The mission also includes managing aspects of the mobile product lifecycle: performance, debugging, reliability, incident tracking, ad consent management, build configuration, iOS/Android signing, and publishing on the App Store and Google Play Store.

This experience demonstrates the ability to design, develop, structure, and operate a complete digital product, from the initial idea to its availability to users.

Greenfield architecture design and development of a multi-tenant SaaS platform dedicated to social media profile growth.

I had full responsibility for the key technical choices, the design of the application foundation, and the setup of the platform's initial architecture.

The solution was based on a Node.js/NestJS microservices backend, several Next.js and Nuxt.js front-end interfaces, an Angular back-office, PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data persistence, and RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.

My involvement also covered the integration of several payment processors, the design of CI/CD pipelines, the management of development and production environments, and the consideration of cybersecurity concerns from the architecture phase.

The objective was to build a robust, maintainable, and scalable technical foundation capable of supporting product evolution, multi-tenant isolation, critical external integrations, and platform scaling.

Acted as Angular Tech Lead within a team of 6 full-stack developers on a complex Angular SaaS application with a large volume of business rules undergoing significant technical refactoring.

The main challenge was to strengthen the front-end foundation and reduce the complexity of integrating with hypermedia/HATEOAS APIs. I designed abstractions, internal tools, and conventions to allow developers to consume these APIs more simply, reliably, and homogeneously, without having to directly manage the complexity of hypermedia exchanges.

This intervention helped to better structure Angular development, secure API integration patterns, and provide a common technical framework to accelerate the development of business features.
