    o Operational management of all program workstreams. Coordination of teams and service providers, scoping of workstreams, monitoring of actions and progress, escalation of alerts, reporting, and governance animation.

    • Premises preparation (WAN arrival, network core and switch setup, LAN cabling, Wifi and VoIP deployment),
