Migration from Shopify to Odoo: Complete data transfer from Shopify to Odoo to optimize sales and inventory management, ensuring data integrity.

Advanced inventory and multi-company management: Setting up a multi-company structure in Odoo for centralized and simplified stock and operations management.

Creation of a manufacturing system: Design of a custom manufacturing process in Odoo, offering complete traceability of components for each watch produced.

Implementation of e-commerce with Odoo: Integration and configuration of the online store via Odoo, also participating in the development of a new modern and efficient website.

Bulk file import/export: Optimization of workflows by automating file import and export for fluid large-scale data management.

Ongoing monitoring and support: Regular support for Raidillon in the use and evolution of their Odoo system to meet their growing needs.

This mission has optimized Raidillon's business processes while providing them with powerful tools for their growth.

For Iopool, a scale-up specializing in connected solutions for pool maintenance, I am ensuring the integration between their Shopify store and Odoo 17. The goal: to unify e-commerce sales, logistics, and financial management into a single reliable system.

Work performed:

Product synchronization: data cleaning and structuring (categories, variants, kits), alignment of SKUs and barcodes to ensure the link between Shopify and Odoo.

Inventory: setting up Odoo as the single source of truth for inventory, with automatic synchronization to Shopify.

Logistics: configuration of warehouses and 3PL partners; setup of shipping flows (preparation, tracking, returns).

Sales: integration of Shopify orders into Odoo with full tracking (invoicing, payments, delivery).

Multi-channel: preparation for integration with Amazon and other platforms.

Automation & reporting: implementation of automated workflows to reduce manual operations; real-time monitoring of product availability and sales performance.

Results: better consistency between e-commerce and internal management, reliable inventory tracking, and significant reduction in time spent on logistics and sales reconciliation.

For the Altenloh jewelry store (2 locations), I managed the complete migration from Lightspeed to Odoo 17, covering sales, workshop, manufacturing, and gold buying.

Work performed:

Data: import of products, variants, customers & addresses; reuse of Lightspeed IDs as barcodes; structuring of categories.

POS: deployment in both stores with receipt printers (Epson TM-M30II) and labels (Zebra ZD421); management of payments, down payments, and customer credits via Odoo wallet.

Workshop & repairs: complete workflow (reception → quote → tracking → closure), automatic SMS notifications to customers, printed work order tickets.

Manufacturing & creations: products configured for production from components; integration of custom creations with CRM and projects (e.g., 3D design).

Gold buying: supplier invoices in the client's name with legal information (ID, IBAN, item details); transformation of purchased gold into fine gold stock for production.

Accounting: setup of journals, specific management of flows related to purchases and customer credits.

Automations: custom ZPL labels, specific reports for workshop & sales.

Results: a unified and automated system (sales, workshop, CRM, manufacturing, accounting), an enhanced customer experience (SMS, down payments, tracking), and significant time savings for the teams.
