Nicolas Morby

My role at Bueno is to develop and manage strategic partnerships with major French players in commercial real estate: shopping centers, major retailers, hotel groups, business offices, and real estate asset managers. My main mission is to identify, approach, and convince these clients of the concrete added value of Bueno's innovative solutions for reducing their energy consumption and carbon emissions. By collaborating closely with them, we transform their complex energy data into tangible actions for sustainable, responsible, and profitable performance. My vision? To combine technology, profitability, and environmental responsibility to create a desirable and committed future together.

Our organization offers conferences, workshops, and operational support to transform ideas into concrete solutions. Some co-founders are recognized for launching successful companies. This collaborative approach relies on several partnerships to bring high-impact projects to life. The goal is to create an ecosystem where the exchange of expertise facilitates the design, development, and implementation of environmentally friendly initiatives. Climate House also aims to be a place of awakening and awareness, open to all: public, private, and general public actors.
