Chief Financial Officer and qualified Chartered Accountant, I have been working for over twenty years in various environments – large groups, international mid-sized companies, LBO SMEs, and accounting firms – with the same core objectives: transforming, structuring, and securing or improving financial performance.

My approach: to provide a 360° financial vision, both synthetic and detailed, while building organizations capable of supporting growth or navigating through challenging phases.

Throughout my career, I have managed:

• complete financial scopes (accounting, consolidation, treasury, management control, balance sheet operations);

• transformation projects (SAP / Oracle / Acumatica ERP, process redesign, team structuring) and business turnarounds;

• outsourced financial management assignments, for companies with revenues up to €180 million and 3,000 employees;

• M&A and statutory audit assignments;

• the turnaround of an accounting firm, including managing and reorganizing a team of 20 employees in a critical situation.

This dual background in firms and companies is my unique strength, allowing me to intervene with the technical rigor of a chartered accountant and the operational vision of a CFO, capable of engaging a team and being immediately effective in demanding environments.
