Description

Graduated in July 2014 from the computer science department of INSA de Lyon, I worked for 2 years at Ubiant, a publisher of a smart building solution, as a Java and C++ developer.

Following that, and for 5 years (from 2016 to 2021), I worked at ReportLinker, specializing in business intelligence, as an R&D Engineer, addressing Big Data challenges daily by analyzing millions of documents and datasets using NLP and Machine Learning technologies. I was involved in both solution development, specifications, and project management.

In 2019, I had the opportunity to teach a "Big Data Framework" course at the University of Burgundy, within the professional Big Data degree program. This enriching experience has been renewed every year since. Since 2020, I have also been teaching an object-oriented programming course in Java to first-year engineering students at ECE Lyon.

In 2021, I joined Malt as a Senior Data Scientist. In this role, I successfully developed machine learning models in the field of recommendation systems (traditional machine learning and deep learning, NLP technologies). In 2023, I combined my skills in data science, development, and operations to take on the role of Senior MLOps Engineer, where I am now responsible for providing the necessary tools for the production deployment and monitoring of our models.

As an R&D Engineer, I participate in gathering requirements, designing, and developing the components that provide structured content to clients. Specifically:

- Our crawler, which retrieves documents and economic statistics from official sources.
- Our indexer, which automatically categorizes our content based on economic sector, geography, mentioned companies, etc.
