Subcontracting collaboration with Otelico agency since 2016: integration and animation of over 120 hotel websites on their proprietary platform. Ten years of work in real agency conditions, with the associated constraints of deadlines, volume, and technical rigor.

Missions on each project: webdesign (homepage mockup design on Illustrator), HTML/SCSS integration on the proprietary platform, then complete GSAP animation, from simple scroll-triggered to choreographed multi-element sequences.

Representative example on hotel-aloe.com: successive image blocks with bounce ease, sequential text fade-in, "Quick access" section with scale-down and overlay frame appearance, large pinned scroll-triggered section with background change synchronized with title entry into the viewport, differential image/text parallax, dark background transitions synchronized with section changes. Coherent animation system applied to all titles, subtitles, and links on each page.

Design and development of a complete commercial offer to animate existing WordPress sites without redesign: the "Réveille ton site" plugin, custom-developed with WordPress and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).

The plugin allows adding professional GSAP web animations to any existing WordPress site, without altering the current theme. Integrated features: animated loading page with logo, scroll-triggered entry animations on texts, images, and buttons, hover micro-interactions, systematic mobile optimization on all animated elements.

The offer is structured in 3 tiered pricing plans, from a gentle awakening (3 animations on the homepage) to a complete multi-page transformation (9 animations). Each plan is documented and delivered turnkey, with setup and adjustments included.

The landing page reveilletonsite.re, built on Astro v5, serves simultaneously as a technical demonstration and a commercial showcase. It features a storytelling animation on the hero section (sunrise, animated clouds, choreographed entry sequence), horizontal scroll, and a public GSAP demo library categorized by { text animations; buttons; micro-interactions; scroll effects }. Zero CSS framework, 100% custom integration.

This project covers the entire chain: offer design, WordPress plugin development, webdesign and landing page integration, commercial writing. A GSAP experimentation ground that directly feeds client projects.

Complete design and development of freelances.re, a directory of freelancers in Reunion Island, as a volunteer for the Bann Coworkers collective, of which I am a founding member. End-to-end full-stack project: Figma mockup, Astro front-end development, GSAP animations, back-office architecture, and automations.

Technical choice: zero traditional database. Notion used as a back-office: freelancers register via a Fillout form, data automatically populates the Notion database, and an Astro rebuild script is automatically triggered on each modification — the site is always up-to-date without manual intervention. On-the-fly image optimization: automatic resizing, WebP conversion, caching.

This project demonstrates the ability to design and implement complete automated workflows without complex server infrastructure: a lightweight, performant, and maintainable JAMstack approach. Useful for agencies looking to offer their clients cost-effective solutions to maintain.
