• Design and development of a datamart (Informatica / Sqlserver) oriented towards Datamining and implementation of the SPSS / Clementine tool in collaboration with the editor

• Design and development of a decision-making solution for monitoring IT projects of the IT department based on timesheet entries and consumption (Informatica / Sqlserver / SSAS)

• Design and development of a decision-making solution for the member quality relationship service (Informatica / Sqlserver / SSAS)

• Design and development of a scorecard solution (Informatica / Sqlserver / Performance Point) to measure the quality and productivity of all business departments and the necessary steps for private sale production (from purchasing price negotiation to sales results)

• Implementation of the Neolane solution (Adobe Campaign / Sqlserver / Informatica) for managing Email marketing campaigns and order tracking services (sending 20 million emails/day batch and real-time) fed from the DWH

• Implementation of the company intranet under MOSS 2007

• Impact study and Steering of the project to adapt all SI components (front/back) for a new Business Model (the "Summer Camp" offers) consisting of reselling unsold products by revisiting / optimizing / rationalizing each step of the private sale creation process.
