Reverse engineering and 2D/3D drafting of 2CV and Méhari spare parts (engine, transmission, steering, braking, bodywork) for supplier consultation. Creation of a parts database on 3DEXPERIENCE to centralize inter-departmental exchanges. Occasional studies and prototyping: crankshaft tooling, dashboard support, Eden sheet metal B-pillar, cast rocker cover, 2CV electrical charging port.

8 years of product development across the entire Shark range (Evoline, Vancore, Spartan, X-Drak, Skwal...). Continuous progression during the assignment: starting with the design of EPS foams and interior comfort elements, then gradually expanding to ventilation mechanisms, screen systems, Class-A style surfaces of the outer shells, and trim accessories. Various materials: ABS, PC, EPS, carbon and glass fibers, rubber (EPDM). Industrialization in direct liaison with the ACS (Thailand) and SFPC (Portugal) production sites, integration of ECE 22.05/06 constraints. On the City Cruiser project, following the departure of the project managers, took over the role of technical referent: coordination of studies subcontracted to external consulting firms, validation of drawings and integration of modifications on the helmet. Participation in the integration of the N-Com audio module (Nolan) on a helmet under development.

Short assignment at Ametra (Bagnols-sur-Cèze) on a storage tank project in the nuclear sector. Creation and updating of 2D sheet metal and welding drawings, supporting experienced engineers. First exposure to the nuclear sector and its strict documentation requirements.
