Youmean is an innovative SaaS application using the latest advances in NLP and AI to process and analyze texts to understand what is said, thought, and felt.

As an external consultant, I designed an end-to-end SaaS solution with the executives to meet the specific needs of semantic text analysis using AI.

🏆 The software served as the primary tool for the analysis of public surveys (ministerial or local authorities) and brand discourse for major pharmaceutical groups. 🏆

Alma is a scale-up in the financial sector, specializing in Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions. Its clients include major brands like SNCF, Promod, Devred, and Maison du Monde. It has several hundred employees.

Within the "Merchant Performance" squad, I was tasked with improving the merchant back-office and developing the user journey for multi-payment options.

🏆 During my assignment, the conversion rate on the customer journey increased. We were able to reduce the average customer journey time for multi-payment options. 🏆

🏆 Alma expanded into several European countries (Germany, Spain, Italy) and the number of partner merchants also increased. The application received a rating of 4.8/5 on TrustPilot. 🏆

👉 Integration with Third-Party Services: Integrating credit card payment and identity verification solutions, thereby improving transaction fluidity and security.

👉 Development of the Online Payment Journey: Designing and continuously improving the payment journey to increase conversion rates.

👉 Deployment of the Application to Production: Supervising application deployments to production, implementing monitoring and alerting tools.

👉 Legal Compliance: Ensuring the payment journey complies with current legislation.

👉 Performance Visualization for Merchants: Creating intuitive dashboards to visualize performance, providing merchants with valuable insights to improve their operations.

Corail Helicopter is one of the leading tourist airline companies in Reunion Island and Mauritius. In 2022, it generated a revenue of €7 million.

As a full-stack developer, I developed an ERP software to meet the company's needs. The software manages several thousand flights per year and has numerous modules to adapt to the regulations and very specific needs of this type of activity.

The software is used daily by over 70 employees, from accounting to pilots and reservation agents. The software is at the heart of the company; it structures and streamlines the company's management to ensure its long-term viability.
