This project involves several companies: Prosodie, CapGemini, Natixis, BPCE.

I worked within the BPCE group on the implementation of the Dematerialized Meal Voucher offer (successively known by the commercial names of Apétiz cards then Bimpli card).

I was involved particularly in the payment and card ordering management component, first as a service provider and then directly for BPCE following a platform and team transfer that I supervised.

My contribution to this project includes the following points: Recruitment of project team members, Technical study of subjects related to Business Analysis and Tech Leads, Project monitoring, Production monitoring.

In 2019, following SCRUM Master training, I led an agile transition of the project with the team to shift our working methods towards continuous improvement.

I have been working on this Orange projectMobicartefor over 13 years. I was able to build technical experience before starting to manage increasingly important projects. (10 million active customers, 3000 requests/s, 250 milliseconds max response time, 3 minutes annual downtime tolerated) I had the opportunity to lead about twenty people on projects of 2000 man-days. These projects covered all aspects of IT: Assistance in writing specifications, costing, planning, resource reservation, functional and technical specifications, development monitoring, acceptance testing monitoring, performance testing monitoring, preparation for production deployment, and then third-party application maintenance.

I joined Swile following the acquisition of Bimpli.

I hold the position of Project Manager for Bimpli while implementing solutions for migrating customers to the Swile architecture. It is also necessary to ensure the maintainability of the Bimpli platform as long as there are customers on this environment.
