With over 10 years of expertise in .NET technologies, I have a background as a full-stack developer (.NET/Angular), and I currently hold Lead/Technical Architect positions with my clients, where I am responsible for implementing technical and software architecture, collaborating closely with the business, and also managing/training/recruiting developers.

The Derichebourg group is a service operator for businesses and the environment. Present in several sectors of activity (temporary work, aeronautics, energy, cleaning, etc.), the group is developing and wishes to digitalize.

Within the Digital team, my work consisted of building a "Product Factory" by industrializing software development for all the group's subsidiaries.

Software industrialization operated on the development side:
- By implementing a reusable technical foundation for all projects to bootstrap development, following a common architecture (Clean Architecture) for all projects and containing the base modules/frameworks/libraries specific to the Derichebourg environment (authentication mechanism, logs, API definitions, etc...)
- By applying common work practices/methodologies to all teams (agile, release flow)
- By defining and developing technical components in the form of reusable modules/components for all projects.
- By building solutions within a reusable micro-services ecosystem.

Infrastructure industrialization:
- By co-building, with the IT department team, modules/templates per Azure service (using Terraform), meeting the requirements and constraints imposed on the dev team.

On the project side, I supported my development teams (5 to 7 devs) in technical architecture and R&D.
