About Nicolas

For 10 years, I have been practicing Human Resources with many companies, supporting them, throughout their projects and transformations, in their HR challenges.
HR systems (contribution management, evaluation systems, professional interviews, recruitment), organization and processes, support for individuals and teams, HR tools (HRIS, dashboards and reporting), my various missions have given me a broad vision of Human Resources, but also (and above all!) a strong experience of human support in transitions and transformations.
