Nicolas Journeau

Passionate about images since my childhood, I joined the Institut International de l'Image et du Son in 2014, where I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts. I simultaneously developed my skills by directing numerous music videos and then joined a Parisian production company where I gained 2 years of experience as a camera operator/editor.

Building on these experiences, I have now been offering my freelance services for over 5 years.

As a creative director, director of photography, camera operator, and editor, I will guide you through every stage of your project: conception/pre-production, filming, post-production, and across various project types: music videos, commercials, corporate and event films, interviews, web content, social media, live recordings, etc.

Autonomous and versatile, I can lead a project alone or with trusted collaborators. I am part of the Ruptures Studio collective, which brings together directors, directors of photography, editors, motion designers, and graphic designers.

My skills also extend to photography and image retouching, particularly in analog photography, a field I am developing alongside my video work.

I am equipped with a professional camera (Sony fx3) and an editing station with the Adobe suite.

My displayed rate is indicative and adjustable based on the nature of the mission.
