Design and launch of Memoka: a Japanese learning mobile application available on Android and iOS.

The app offers a catalog of over 2,100 kanji and 5,400 vocabulary entries available in 5 languages (French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean), with a freemium subscription model to monetize the premium version.

The approach is simple: learn Japanese in a logical order, without artificial memorization. Kanji are learned through real words, spaced repetition adapts to the user's pace, and progression follows a designed path — from basic syllables to everyday vocabulary.

Development of a custom mobile application (iOS & Android) with Flutter, intended to replace a budget management Excel sheet sold by the client.

The objective was to recreate the spreadsheet's functionalities as closely as possible while offering better ergonomics and accessibility on mobile. I was also tasked with designing a simple, sober UI/UX interface focused on data clarity.

The application allows intuitive management of income, expenses, and balances. For the backend, I used Firebase to manage the real-time database, user authentication, and RevenueCat for subscription management.

Took over development during the run phase with primary missions:

Ensure the application update while best respecting the original design, to improve user experience.

Reorganize and optimize code architecture by applying best development practices (unit tests, code quality, structuring).

Guarantee the application's longevity and stability by improving code maintainability and ensuring effective product lifecycle management.
