As President of SAS KWATCH, I manage property trading operations focused on excellence in Eure-et-Loir and Eure. Specializing in the purchase, comprehensive renovation, and resale of properties, I am committed to delivering impeccable quality. Each project incorporates high-end materials and meets current thermal performance requirements. My rigorous management ensures total cost control and strict adherence to budgets and delivery deadlines, thereby guaranteeing sustainable asset appreciation.

Leveraging a strong network built over 13 years in corporate telecommunications, I act as a strategic consultant for an ecosystem of partners (clients, suppliers, resellers) to manage complex, high-value-added missions.

Concurrently, I assist managers of VSEs/SMEs in structuring their organizations. My goal is to remove operational and financial obstacles related to growth, enabling them to overcome their entrepreneurial challenges with confidence.

Former General Manager of the Leonix group, I led the overall structuring (administrative, technical, and operational) of its various subsidiaries: Telecom, Infrastructure, Datacenter, Civil Engineering, and Events.

Building on this solid organizational foundation, I successfully executed the strategic divestment of two companies within the group, in close collaboration with an M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) firm.

This dual expertise now allows me to support leaders in their transformation, scale-up, or business transfer projects.
