With over 15 years of experience, I have a perfect understanding of all aspects related to IT production.

Starting as a support technician, I quickly evolved into a Service Desk and Service Delivery Manager, Technical Administrator, Project Manager, Program Director, and organizational and process consultant.

While always maintaining a technical focus, I have been involved in various areas, including infrastructure, product solutions, and technologies, whether on centralized platforms like Mainframe and AS400, or distributed ones.

I have a cross-functional vision and experience that allows me to be comfortable in any type of complex context and organization, with a common denominator to all these experiences: value creation and a service-oriented mindset.
