I am involved at Bordeaux Métropole as an expert in Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, SharePoint, and PowerShell. Bordeaux Métropole has approximately 20,000 users and aims to develop real digital offerings for its staff as well as for the metropolis's users.

My areas of intervention are:

For example, I design and implement the automation of production processes through PowerShell scripts, PowerApps applications, Power Automate flows, SharePoint, Azure SQL Server, and Azure Functions, all secured by API Management.

I provide my client with the ability to deploy secure, remote M365 administration interfaces, precisely meeting their needs. Currently, nearly a hundred production processes have been automated, allowing for significant productivity gains and standardization of service offerings.

Among these processes, I notably optimize the enrollment of Intune / AutoPilot devices, the creation of user and shared mailboxes (20,000 accounts), MFA configuration, the agent departure process (cleanup and resource release), the provision of council and commission documents for Bordeaux Métropole elected officials, mailbox delegation, Azure applications, the creation of PowerBi Premium Workspaces, and many others to meet all the needs of SharePoint, Yammer, Delve, etc. Intranets.

My objective is to standardize processes, gain efficiency and processing time, in order to free up my client's staff for higher value-added activities.
