After a varied background in IT and a Master's degree in IT Project Management, I moved into cognitive science, psychology, and ergonomics. With 16 years of experience and over 120 projects to my name, I now work as a consultant on user experience issues.
I have acquired expertise in a wide range of sectors. After a period at Smals where I worked on various eGov projects, I moved into the marketing sector by developing the UX offering at EVO Group before joining Altran to lead the team of UX and Service Design consultants, and as a senior UX researcher.
Most recently, I joined the Médispring team, a medical cooperative, where I served as Head of UX, UI & Ergonomics. Working in tandem with the product manager, I defined the software's functional scope, created the necessary wireframes for developers, and developed the long-term UX strategy (KPIs, performance measurement, etc.). Finally, today, I have created my own structure with two partners, offering services related to user experience and marketing.
