Founded in 2013, Doctolib is the largest ehealth company in Europe. We have 2 missions since day one : - make our healthcare systems more human, efficient and connected; - build a company of several thousand people sharing the same humanist values. Doctolib offers doctors and hospitals a software solution with a full-range of services to improve the efficiency of their organization, provide their patients with a new high-end experience, grow their activity and develop their cooperation with other doctors. Doctolib provides patients with a complete service to find a nearby doctor and hospital, book appointments online 24/7 and manage medical bookings.

As a "Fullstack Software Developer", your role is to design, develop and evolve a complete set of software components and lead a team of 4+ developers.

Team Our current organization is strongly inspired by the Scrum methodology, with regular sprints. You will join a multidisciplinary team bringing together the complementary talents necessary to achieve your objectives. Technical Environment

The Skwirrel platform is composed of a multitude of micro-services and web applications. Each of them has its own database and API, and uses the database engine and the language most suited to its purpose.

We use Javascript, Python and Go. Our databases are MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Our micro-services (Node.js) communicate via RESTful APIs and messages following the AMQP protocol. Our front ends use React.

Missions:

 In collaboration with the partners and the technical director, you assess the complexity of the technical challenges of the roadmap entrusted to you and you lead the change;

 You functionally describe the solution envisaged and you technically validate the solutions proposed by the partners and the technical director; you work as a team on each new feature and you validate the developments carried out by your team;

 You are responsible for monitoring in the production and maintenance phase;

You are at the same time a developer, team manager, architect and project manager, within the framework of a global responsibility within a flexible and unhierarchical structure. In parallel, you actively participate in the cross-functional activities of the "Software Development" team (technological watch, architecture, good development practices, etc.), with a role of referent and leader.
