The backoffice part was developed with Filament (https://filamentphp.com)

A user can modify a chatbot per language, with complex management of different question types, and analysis of answers with NLP.

A role management system has been implemented. Depending on their role, a user can modify the status of a case declared on the site.

The admin is used as a CMS, a user can manage the content of the different pages of the site.

He can also manage his menus, and the minimal SEO part of the site.

The frontoffice part was developed in Vue.js and Inertia.js.

Participation in the redesign of the company's business application via its API.

Worked with a team of about ten people on the backend part of the project.

Used Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter APIs and developed various modules including comments, mentions, dashboard customization, and exports. Management of a very large database was a significant challenge to consider during the mission.
