Context: The company experienced the departure of the Safety and Prevention Manager in early 2021, who was also responsible for QSE certifications since the departure of the QSE Manager in late 2019.
The company thus had no one leading continuous improvement initiatives for several months and found itself at the end of 2021 without having implemented the actions and requirements expected for the QSE follow-up audit.

Execution / Role:
Ensure continuity of mission and preparation for the QSE follow-up audit in December 2021 while awaiting the arrival of the company's future QSE Manager (December 2021):
• Conducted the company's Management Review
o Review preparation
Gathering information from various stakeholders in the Management System: Business Directors, Agency Directors, Equipment Managers, HR Directors, etc.
Development of the Management Review material.
o Facilitation of the Management Review
o Drafting of the meeting minutes

• Operational preparation for the Afnor audit
o Internal organization (availability, scheduling, modifications, etc.)
o Organization with Afnor (development of the audit schedule, logistics with auditor, etc.)
o Support for audited teams (on-site or video conference): 4 construction sites, design office, production managers, etc.

• Participation in the audit, support, and transportation of the Afnor auditor and the new ETPO QSE Manager during the 5 days of the audit.
