Tradego and Service bureau project, redesign of the Trade Finance IS for processing Commodities Trade Finance (ENR) and Corporates Trade Finance (TTS) activities for own account or for the BPCE group banks. TradeGo offers a new integrated Front-to-Back system thanks to Finastra FBTI (Back) and FBCC (Front) solutions. Role: Configuration, management, and production deployment of import documentary credit and export documentary credit products on the FBTI back-office tool. BA Project Tasks:

- Analysis of functional requirements with business teams

- Functional specifications related to the software package and its interfaces

- System configuration for the entire product (System tailoring, Static data, Security, Interfaces)

- Writing test plans

- Testing of the software package configuration

- Analysis, resolution, and monitoring of anomalies reported by users and IT contributors during testing phases (Dev and UAT)

- Definition and prioritization of different releases

- Regression testing after each release deployment

- Writing documentation on new features and user guides

- Support for business teams during UAT phases

- User training BA Technical Tasks:

- Deployment of different versions of the editor's deliverables (XLDeploy, CMT)

- Analysis of logs and errors encountered during deployments

- Queue configuration and monitoring

- Installation and deployment of the FBTI application

- FBTI application version upgrades BA Production Tasks:

- Incident assignment and prioritization

- Incident analysis, resolution, and testing

- Monitoring of developments with the MOE team
