Participation in monthly security reviews with client CISOs.

Monitoring of incidents and infrastructure evolution for major accounts. Collaborative work with R&D on technical choices for future features. Handling incidents related to issues encountered by major accounts and interfacing with R&D. Prioritizing the most critical issues for the business to ensure the best handling by R&D.

Handling incidents involving network, system, and security aspects of the SNS product range and the infrastructures in which they are integrated. Reproduction of client cases using physical or virtual mock-ups. Interface with the R&D department to escalate detected failures requiring correction or improvement. Documentation: feeding Knowledge Base, technical notes.
