With an unconventional background, I first managed and created establishments in the restaurant industry before pivoting to digital. This entrepreneurial experience taught me to manage a project from A to Z, handle a team and a budget, optimize processes, and deliver in demanding environments.

Today, I am a Project Manager and Product Owner, specializing in the design and management of digital and IT projects. I assist clients in defining needs, defining and prioritizing the backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin/BDD), facilitating Scrum rituals, and rigorously tracking deliverables. My role is to translate business vision into concrete solutions while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

My technical background allows me to communicate effectively with development teams. I have worked on the integration and configuration of a custom ERP for a large education group and am proficient in SQL, REST APIs (Postman/Swagger), Python (Pandas, scikit-learn), and Power BI. I complement this expertise with the use of no-code and generative AI tools (Canva, Bubble, Make, Airtable, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable) to accelerate the creation of innovative and visually impactful solutions.
