Diagnosis of existing processes and methodology, then implementation of a new tailor-made project and product management methodology:

- Audit of the existing situation: interviews with company employees, mapping of current processes and methodologies, categorization of strengths and weaknesses of the current organization.

- Structuring and proposal of a new methodology: formalization of concrete proposals based on the audit conclusions to improve project/product management methodologies, prioritization workshop for these initiatives based on their implementation complexity and expected benefits, development of an implementation plan according to the selected initiatives.

- Implementation of the first selected initiatives: creation of target processes, establishment of deliverables and tools necessary for their implementation, real-world testing on a pilot project.

- Change management: training employees on the new selected methodologies, participation in the implementation of tools facilitating the transition.

Corporate product owner in charge of AI programs of marketing optimization for Personal Finance main countries :

- CBS Semblance : Inbound marketing optimization allowing website customization for prospects based on an AI model predicting the best suited product / offer for visitors through an API : up to 15 uplift delivered on qualified leads for credit cards and personal loans subsribtions (validated forms)

- NPS data program : creation of services to leverage customer satisfaction data from Medallia in our marketing strategies, communications, campaigns and customer relationship as a whole

- Smartbid+ : leveraging internal financial data (conversion, revenue) to feed Google Ads algorithm to adapt bidding in real-time for non brand keywords and therefore optimize our acquisition budget

- Pre-collections : test and learn initiatives to optimize our pre-collections process for customers in difficult situation after the covid crisis
