- Digital Factory / Service Center: Operational management of fixed-price services and TMA/TME (Application Maintenance in External Services / Application Evolution in External Services) for our clients, including the integration of automation components and AI solutions into existing systems. Mobilized IT expertise and consultants during inter-contract periods, supervised 10 to 20 consultants in various agile and technological contexts.
