•Assist clients daily to ensure effective project management, while building a lasting relationship of trust.

•Coordinate and steer production by optimizing resources and ensuring impeccable quality of deliverables.

•Evaluate the time required for each project step and find slots to effectively integrate it into the graphic design teams' schedules.

•Ensure project launch and monitoring, while anticipating needs and maintaining a clear vision of the final outcome.

Active contribution to the development of digital tools for the MICHELIN brand and other Group brands (websites, mobile applications, sales force application, dealer tool, fleet portal, etc.). Global scope. Support for marketing teams in the regions with content production around product and service launches, new technologies... Operational support to the global marketing team according to activity, notably contributing to the organization of internal and external events. Management of communication agency services for the Long-Distance Transport Business line. Participation in projects (PIM, DAM) related to the provision of data and digital assets for our digital ecosystem (Website, applications…).
