Nicolas Brabant

Data trainer in higher education, Excel specialist, Excel Consultant, automation and data processing.

My main responsibilities include:

- monitoring customer performance,

- analyzing trends and making recommendations,

- implementing datamining tools to improve customer knowledge,

- implementing decision support tools for marketing and sales departments,

- quantifying customer operations and analyzing their performance. I use SAS daily.

Head of the processing department, I am the main point of contact for both internal and external clients. I am also the preferred contact for advanced methodologies. In addition to my role as a Processing Manager, my job is to ensure smooth organization and efficient processes within the processing team, and with all of Côté-Clients' teams.
