General Context:Fiducial is a multidisciplinary company that offers a global range of services to businesses in the fields of law, audit, accounting, banking, financial consulting, real estate, IT, security, and office equipment.

In 2021, Fiducial launched the project to create an application for its SME and VSE clients in anticipation of new electronic invoicing regulations, which will require companies to issue and receive invoices in this format. The objective of this strategic project is to enable Fiducial to support its clients through this change via the application and prevent them from turning to other market solutions. The application should also allow them to manage their purchase and sales invoices quickly and easily, and provide them with a synthetic view of their activity with key figures in an analysis section.

A team within the Fiducial IT department is responsible for this project. It consists of a project manager and a Product Owner based in Lyon, and a team of developers and a Scrum Master located in Braga, Portugal.

Launch the second module "Purchases" of the application, and fix bugs and evolve the already developed Sales module to meet business needs.

Manage data migrations between law firm management software, with the goal of harmonizing tools and processes.

• Participate in various workshops with business units to support them in defining their needs

• Challenge existing needs and processes against the implementation target

• Ensure the consistency and completeness of the solution's implementation according to the expressed needs

• Manage service providers (software publishers)

• Assist in writing functional tests and ensuring their perfect execution

• Write and lead the change management plan

• Report discrepancies, needs, and alerts to steering committees

IT Project Manager, and primary contact for user departments.

• Lead the analysis of user needs based on specifications and/or expressions of need. Understand the functional aspects and challenge business needs for rationalization and operational performance. Gather business objectives and benefits. Prepare scoping documents. Estimate workload with the help of the development team leader. Estimate risks.

• Plan and manage IT projects, lead governance, coordinate the project team composed of IT and business resources, internal and external, alert on major risks and events (scope changes, budget overruns, delays, resource issues...), propose solutions.

• Ensure reporting and progress monitoring of projects using the IT department's project portfolio management tool. Lead project and steering committees. Write committee minutes. Organize and track action plans.

• Write or assist in writing functional specification documents and design documents enabling developers to carry out developments.

• Monitor development. Ensure the conformity and quality of deliveries.

• Supervise tests and user acceptance.

• Document test scenarios.

• Support deployments. Assist users in the change process.

• Prepare the transition to "operational" mode for teams responsible for support and evolutionary and corrective maintenance.
