1/ Implementation of new Multi-risk PRO offers (~1300 man-days)

• - Enrichment of the sales process: implementation of new functional modules in the sales support tool (OAV)

• - OAV-Tariff Interconnection: implementation of a context-based import functionality for the sales process

2/ Deployment and generalization of the distribution of a new Provident product for PRO (~1800 man-days)

• - Project steering: definition of the annual roadmap, backlog maintenance (~100 lines), coordination of work carried out by 8 teams (technical and functional) translated into ~20 lots, facilitation of committee meetings, reporting to management (internal and partners), …

• - Securing the offer and its distribution: implementation of flows (management, accounting, data, …), implementation and evolution of distribution workflows, evolution of the quote process, ...

• - Evolution of the product process: optimization of the distribution and subscription process, automation of document generation with archiving in GED, …

• - Securing product management: implementation of management procedures (claims, reporting, accounting, …) and incident management, creation of a letter library, …

MATMUT Assignment Within the Digital Innovation Department, I support Matmut's business units in their desire to provide the Distribution and Management teams with tools that meet their needs. From emerging idea to production, I am involved in business analysis and steering for technical and functional scopes.
