After 5 years as Chief of Staff at the Health Data Hub — the public institution at the heart of the French strategy for health data — I know the inner workings of the system from the inside: how to manage relationships with ministries, how to build a strong regulatory position, and how to handle sensitive issues when political and media stakes intertwine with technical ones.
