For all these missions,I have always enjoyed choosing the fastest, most efficient, and scalable methods for my work**. Whether by considering business objectives, user interest in the solution, or the needs of different stakeholders, **I have constantly sought to optimize each step of the process to ensure lasting results.

Arriving for the creation of the product team,I was able to take an active role in this new team.

Implementation oftools, methods, and processes for smoother development.

Rationalization of needs with the different company teams (Customer Support, Sales, Account Management).

I then worked to continuously improve our solutions, in conjunction with the development teams.

Non-exhaustively, this led me to take mastery and project management for:

• Our 'Click & Collect' ordering solution for cafes & restaurants

• Our Contest solution

• Our Google, Facebook, and Tripadvisor review management tool

• The merchant dashboard (Pongo's main SAAS): CRM for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing (appropriately) customer data from a point of sale.

I also initiated a key project for the company:the creation and implementation of Pongo's open API. Used by nearly 40 FoodTech players since its launch, it allows merchants to centralize their customer data through partner integrations.

At the beginning of this mission, I was the sole member of the product team (3 months), which then grew to 10 people (June 2022). I participated in the development of over a hundred features across different products (Mobile Application (React Native), Web Application for internal users (React), internal web interface for real-time operational tracking by the customer service department (React), and back-end (Typescript)). We used Linear for project management, sprints, and daily tickets. During these months, we prioritized and developed:

- A complete rebranding of the mobile application (January 2022)

- Various promotion mechanisms (product bundles, percentage discounts, and automatic free products)

- Integration with Uber Eats services

- Integration with Jow services

- A loyalty program with over 5,000 active users (First Mover in the sector)

- An algorithm for calculating estimated delivery time in real-time

- Automatic management of stock errors (correction, inventory control, automatic customer issue resolution, and refunds)

- Various API integrations, non-exhaustively:

- Akeneo and Alkemics (now Salsify) for product reference management

- Algolia for search and personalized product recommendations

- Stuart, Coursier.fr, and Uber Direct for ordering delivery services via API
