What I love about my work?

I empower entrepreneurs and leaders to anchor a binding and cooperative communication culture. This is how I manage to motivate employees, quickly defuse conflicts, and thus transform work happiness into measurable performance.

Who am I?

Former entrepreneur, managing director with practical insight into what can work better but is often difficult to implement alone. I work as a communication coach and advise companies psychologically with a focus on Positive Leadership, successful communication (even in crises and conflicts), and cultural change.
